I have added a new portfolio about my photographs in Hungary. My wife Maria was born in Hungary and emigrated to the U.S. in 1956 (see Escape from Tyranny to Freedom: the incredible life of Maria Tomasz – Blurb.com). I have made some incredible visits to Hungary and here are a few of my favorite photos. I have also authored a book on my visits which can be found listed on my Publications page or visiting Blurb.com.
“The Tree of Life” is in the yard of the synagogue in Budapest. Every leaf has the name of a Jew who died in the concentration camps.
